Deflate your dough and halve dough. Roll each section of dough like a burrito and place in an oiled bread loaf tin. Pop the lid on and leave it to rest for 30-40 minutes. To know if the dough has risen enough, you should feel resistance if you try to slide the lid off. Keep the lid on and place into the oven for 40 minutes.

Slide out of the tin while still hot and onto a cooling rack. Once the dough has completely cooled down, you can slice into sandwiches slices.

Hi Natasha, I find holding off slicing them until needed helps. I store my bread in plastic bread bags or snap lock bags. I also freeze any bread I don’t intend to eat within 24/48 hours.
