How to Make Easy and Budget-Friendly Bread Rolls

  1. Combine all the ingredients and knead them together for 5 minutes on a floured bench.

  2. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and let it rest for 1 hour.

  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced.

  4. Deflate the dough and portion it into 24 equal parts.

  5. Shape each portion into a roll and place them on a baking tray.

  6. Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Am I supposed to spray/baste top of rolls with oil or anything before baking? Also am I supposed to line the baking tray with baking paper?

Is it 2 tsp of white sugar and 2 tsp of honey? Or is to meant to be 2 tsp white sugar OR honey? Thanks :)
