  • 750g plain flour

  • 450mls tepid water

  • 3 tsp dried yeast

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 2 tsp salt

  • Filling Creation: Combine vegemite and water to form a spreadable paste. Grate cheese to yield 2-3 cups.

  • Baking: Cut the log into slices, place on a baking tray, and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Sprinkle extra cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
