I meal prepped on the weekend and put this into a dump bag and in the freezer. This morning (after thawing it) I dumped it in the slow cooker and came home to dinner cooked. It is DELICIOUS. Leftovers to make into a pie tomorrow night. Kids, hubby and I loved the mild flavours, served with Greek yoghurt and homemade bread. Love this!
