Base -
2 cups (240g) plain flour
1/2 cup (100g) white sugar
250g unsalted butter, softened
1 egg
Dash of vanilla
Topping -
2/3 cup strawberry jam
Coconut topping -
2 cups desiccated coconut
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a 20x20cm baking pan with baking paper.
