How to Bake a Rich and Moist Chocolate Mud Cake

  • 1 1/2 cups hot water

  • 250 g butter

  • 200 g baking dark chocolate

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 2 cups caster sugar

  • 2 eggs lightly beaten

  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
